rebrand & redesign
ForeverRed needed an overhaul. The branding, the website, and the product was clearly outdated.
The first thing we did was change the name. It was previously called "S.A.K.E” which was an acronym for “Students Acquiring Knowledge through Enterprise” - a company run by students of the University of Arkansas.
See the story and meaning behind the updated “Forever Red” name in the brand architecture below.
The new name came with a fully updated brand guide. New logo, messaging, color schema, and patterns & textures.
Product &
UX Innovation
Another huge project that I oversaw was updating the web shopping experience to highlight the product customization in a whole new way.
A key element of the innovation was seeing real time changes to the product visuals as you selected colors and added name.
This may seem commonplace now, but in 2012, this type of product personalization required a lot of custom design and development.
