I joined Forrest Co. in late 2022 as their first staff brand and media director. I was responsible for elevating their offering to be able to provide video production, media services, and brand building.

This included launching and managing a podcast, Forrest website redesign, blog, social media, PR, and other marketing & media channels. I was both a brand strategist, creative leader, and media oversight.

I produced, directed, and edited dozens of branded videos, along with scripting and strategizing for 10 figure B2B clients such as Crowe, Optimum, New Rocket, and other Microsoft and NetSuite Partners.

Role

  • I had the honor of working directly with the founders and CEO of Forrest to help set vision and course for the Forrest brand strategy. I led multiple projects, creative initiatives, and brand developments to move Forrest forward.

  • Part of my role was dialing in the product/service offering for Forrest. This included defining our services and how we would present that in the market, to gain new clients.

  • Using the story brand methodology, I helped lead the visual and messaging for Forrest. This included social media oversight, web oversight, and content development.

  • I brought Forrest to market with a media and video production department. I oversaw a team of contractors and resources to get Forrest producing 5-figure videos and media strategies for clients.

Content

Podcast series produced and directed by Joshua Mohline. Part of a larger content strategy to build the Forrest brand as a leader in the B2B tech marketing space.

Brand explainer video for Cook Systems - looking to reintroduce their FastTrack'D offering to the market. Original filming, producing, directing, and editing.

A brand testimonial video for end client Crowe - highlighting how they helped do a tech implementation of the NetSuite ERP for Lionel Trains. I produced, directed, & edited.

Brand explainer video for Optimum Healthcare IT services. I produced, directed, and edited this piece along with dozens of other podcasts as a part of the larger content strategy.

Technology services partner, Crowe, needed a flashy video to stand out at an expo, with other Microsoft partners. I wrote, directed, produced, and edited this piece.

As a part of the original production for the Lionel Trains testimonial, we created an entire campaign with multiple videos each highlighting a unique benefit of NetSuite.

Production

At Forrest, I wrote, produced, directed, and/or edited over 150 video assets. Everything from recording podcasts that we converted into social media content, to customer testimonials ripe with product placement clear value statements, to branded explainer videos that highlight the power of your tech offering. I spent countless hours digging into the unique story of each product, brand, and client to craft media and content that would reach the ideal audience, in an ideal way.
