  • I am a deeply curious and incessantly creative person. Some would say a ‘jack of all trades’ - but I would say I’m a thinker that likes to take action on ideas. I’ve created dozens of products and brought them to market, simply as passion projects; because I like to see ideas come to life and I like to push myself to see what’s possible.

    I bring energy and enthusiasm to every project and hope to inspire those around me to be the best version of themselves they can be. I lead my team with kindness and honesty. People will know exactly what my expectations are and if they haven’t met them, but they will also know that I’m on their team and want to see them succeed.

    My greatest superpower is seeing the path ahead for whatever problem needs solving. In a 1 hour conversation, I could outline a step by step plan to get any person or problem from point A to point D…with the confidence it will work. I’d love to bring that to your company.

  • Forrest Co. is a creative marketing and consulting firm. When I joined the team in late 2022, they did not have a media department or anyone working on Forrest content and brand.

    As a part of my contribution to the organization, I have led the creation and launch of a media team, utilizing contract and in-house resources to produce videos and content for Forrest and its clients.

    I’ve been working directly with the founders and executive team to build video services as well as content and media packages - resulting in over $250,000 in new business and 100’s of assets delivered in the last year.

  • The Adventure Challenge was barely off the ground when I teamed up with the founders to scale their 3 person operation to over $150M in revenue over 4 years.

    TAC was an early stage, self-funded DTC brand that entered the market late in 2018. When I joined the team, I immediately went to work to scale their advertising, operations, finance and product development needs. Being the only member of the executive team with P&L and team leadership experience, I quickly became the Chief Strategist (ie. Chief of Staff) to the founders. I led the executive functions of ops and finance for the first 2 years, then recruited and hired a talented team of executives to fill those positions - allowing me to elevate into a broader cross-functional executive role.

    My personal efforts in content, branding, and media attributed to over $65M in sales alone, and I helped lead and oversee the creative media departments that generated much more over my tenure there. My leadership in ops & finance also allowed to company to scale 10x in a 3 year span, without falling apart.

  • When I joined Bethel Music, it was only 18 months old, and had 4 employees. It’s an independent, faith-based record label that wanted to launch a music school in 2012.

    I joined the team as the leader of the eLearning business unit. We recorded 100’s of hours of teachings and content from both in-studio and at live events that I directed. We then built a custom web application from scratch and went to market with a subscription based LMS (learning management software).

    Over the course of 7 years, I became the executive director of the BU, fulfilling the role of a General Manager, overseeing all operations. Successfully scaling the program to over 20,000 users, 1M+ social followers, and a content library of over 1,500 classes. This was done through powerful brand, creative and content creation - consistently driving our visual identity forward.

  • ForeverRed is a student and university managed eComm brand that sells framed diploma sets to Arkansas alumni. When I joined the program, the brand was called S.A.K.E. and the website still looked like a Windows 98 application.

    So I took on the challenge of entirely rebranding and rebuilding into something way more user friendly and memorable. Working with an agency for development, we designed a user experience that allowed customers to select framing and matting options directly on the website, where they could see their ‘custom designed’ frame sets in real time.

    Also, we did a massive brand project to change the name to ForeverRed. We updated the styles, fonts, logos, and overall brand/visual identity. This was my first in-depth experience leading creative, product, content, and marketing efforts, and it was a massive success.

Labelcoin

Investable is a song royalties exchange app built using block chain technology. I partnered with founder & CEO Mark Miller in 2022 to bring Investable (previously LabelCoin) to market.

I offered executive consulting and strategy on product features, user experience, brand aesthetic, go-to-market strategy, team building, and other general management functions.

Bethel TV

During my time at Bethel Music, another division of the organization needed to undergo a redesign and development - a streaming service that hosted 20+ years of video archives, eCourses, live music performances, interactive interviews, and a dynamic user community.

I worked with the product and content team for about 1 year to help strategize, lead, and guide the launch of the updated platform.

ResourceU

Before the mass expansion of apps like Kajabe and Udemy, it was challenging to find learning management softwares to host your unique eCourse. I helped lead and oversee the duplication of LMS “WorshipU Online” into a B2B software as a service that provided this very need.

I oversaw the product roadmap, user experience, product features, as well as managing the P&L and staff.

    I've recently began consulting the DTC and eComm senior leadership team. Contributing to creative & marketing management, operations, inventory planning, general business strategy, and more.

    I was able to consult and advise a new CEO hire for this DTC fashion brand. I offered strategic advise on organizational structure, leadership, management, and creative strategy.
